IGNITE (similar to a HOT class)
Get ready to activate that fire within to stimulate growth and creativity. To help you get started, we'll literally and figuratively turn up the heat by setting the temp to 95 degrees and leading a powerful vinyasa (flow). Don't worry, though, "powerful" doesn't mean fast and we'll always offer modifications so you feel comfortable. Be sure to bring water & grab a towel!
RHYTHM (similar to a FLOW class)
Maybe you can’t describe it but you know the magic of music when you hear it. This class couples music and the instructor’s unique teaching style to support the vinyasa flow much like we couple breath with movement to create our practice. The music helps your body and mind sync as the two become intertwined. The room will be kept comfortably warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
CHILL (similar to a YIN class)
A well-lived life is about learning to chill amidst the chaos. This class uses yin yoga to help slow you down and tune into that deeper, more centered expression of yourself. By stretching the body's connective tissue and fascia, you'll gain increased mobility and flexibility to help support you in your active (yang) lifestyle. By actively slowing the mind, you'll learn to become more of the observer and less the reactor. The room will be kept comfortably warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
Striking just the right balance of yin (being) & yang (doing) in life can seem like quite an undertaking. This class will help you to realize just how doable it is and how good it feels. Learn to slow down by settling into floor postures to relax and open the body (yin) and to build strength in movement with a gentle vinyasa flow (yang) and leave this balanced practice feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The room will be kept comfortably warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
For those days when you need to nurture yourself on a deeper level, this class combines stillness with the fluidity of movement and sound with cranial sacral inspired adjustments to allow healing to affect the body at every level. If all that wasn't enough, we've added an extra loooooong savasana inspired by yoga nidra (yogic sleep meditation) techniques because you deserve it.
You're busy. We get it. Join us for a 50 minute express vinyasa. Get a practice in with enough time to make it back to work! It's like hitting the reset button mid-day. The room will be kept comfortably warm.
